Pick Up Systems

A variety of pickup systems can be supplied ready fitted to all of our instruments, from simple under-saddle transducers with onboard pre-amps, to complex transducer/microphone systems with either onboard or outboard control, rack or microphone stand mount. Call for details of what is available, and current prices.

Our current pickup system of choice, is the very excellent Headway G1/Feq. An under saddle system with its own pre-amp, which produces the quietest and most natural sound from this type of installation that we have heard yet...

Other Instruments

In addition to the instruments listed, we produce a range of Mandolins, Mandolas, Octave Mandolins, Bouzoukis and electric instruments. Custom variants of all instruments in our range are available to special order.

Custom Options

All of these instruments can also be supplied with a variety of different woods used for the back and sides. These include Walnut (both Claro and European varieties), Hawaiian Koa, Myrtle, Flamed, Birdseye and Quilted Maple, Tasmanian Blackwood.  Details on request. Tops may also be varied, with both Cedar and Spruce being interchangeable, usually at no extra charge.

Left handed versions of all the instruments are available at no extra cost.

Custom inlay work is also available to your own design. Prices for this service are very much dependant on materials and the complexity of the design. Send your drawings and material requirements for an estimate of the cost.
